ABOUT THE ROLE

The Assistant Operations Manager is key to the smooth running of our venue. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with all departments to keep operations running efficiently, support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, and maintain our high standards of quality and service. You’ll be a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment.
You will also take a lead role in supporting weddings, corporate and private events, and restaurant service. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll manage and motivate our talented team, ensuring every guest leaves delighted.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead day-to-day operations across weddings, events, and restaurant service
• Inspire, train, and support the Food & Beverage team
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth processes and productivity
• Uphold the highest standards of service and product quality
• Plan and deliver events that exceed client expectations
• Identify opportunities for staff development and operational improvements
