We are seeking interested applicants for the Assistant Operations Manager (Housekeeping) role. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a commitment to service excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced airport environment. This role is responsible for overseeing housekeeping and facilities operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and compliance, leading teams and vendors, and supporting a premium guest experience across the lounges. Key Responsibilities Support and manage daily lounge operations across multiple terminals Oversee housekeeping, facilities maintenance, and vendor performance Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest experience Lead, roster, train, and support housekeeping and operations teams Manage inventory, supplies, and cost control Handle guest feedback and operational issues professionally Ensure compliance with WHS, hygiene, security, and environmental standards Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality, hotel, lounge, or F&B operations Prior experience in housekeeping and/or facilities management preferred Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field Valid WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate Proven ability to lead teams and manage day‑to‑day operations Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and operational compliance standards Able to work in a 24‑hour airport environment, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays Additional Information 5 day work week 44 hours per week Competitive benefits Travel-related perks.
