JOB SUMMARY

We seek a Junior Operations Manager (iGaming UK) to join our team. They’ll be responsible for assisting with the operation, maintenance, and optimisation of our casino and live casino channels across our iGaming brands.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years commercial experience working in a company operating online
  • Enthusiasm and proactivity when approaching new problems or requiring new knowledge
  • Ability to communicate clearly verbally, in writing, in person, and on video / audio calls
  • Confidence to work with a cross functional team
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
  • A team player with a sense of humour
  • An “I don’t know it but I’ll find out” attitude
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Competent with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and basic data analysis

Pay: £28,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Curating and optimising casino product content across our various UK brands
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with igaming content and product providers
  • Reporting of changes in casino content to industry regulators
  • Reviewing potential issues with products with assistance from existing providers
  • Monitoring casino and live casino performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
  • Assisting with new game launches, including testing and quality checks
  • Coordinating with marketing and CRM teams to support promotions and campaigns
  • Supporting operational compliance checks and audit preparation
  • Assisting with troubleshooting technical or customer-facing product issues
  • Reporting to Head of Operations B2C
