A Day in the Life: As Assistant Operations Manager, you’ll keep the engine running at full throttle by driving efficient supply chain planning and execution. Partner closely with co-packers, suppliers, and warehouse teams to ensure flawless operations, optimize performance, and deliver results within budget. The Impact You'll Make: Assist management of operational requirements for new product launches. Collaborate with management of new plant setup process and on overall execution of production planning. Promote the achievement of the overall demand and production plan goals for the territory. Identify and develop solutions for gaps in current production and supply network. Determine methods in process improvements for cost refinements across the network. Collaborate with procurement to ensure supply chain has best pricing and minimize redundancy. Interact with other departments on product commercialization. Act jointly with accounting departments and strategy partners to establish product cost of goods. Who You Are: Education: Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of --Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or similar field of study. Experience: More than 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics experiences, beverage industry preferred. Computer skills: SAP experience preferred. Advanced in Microsoft office applications. Additional Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities to be successful in this role: Lean Manufacturing Experience preferred.
