Shurooq Al Salam Transport is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to manage vehicle records, driver documentation, and daily operational tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate record-keeping, monitor fleet activities, and maintain seamless communication between drivers, management, and clients. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in logistics, transport operations, or administrative roles (preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), record-keeping software, and basic fleet management tools.
  • Soft Skills:
    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    Excellent verbal and written communication (English/Arabic).
    Keen attention to detail for accurate documentation.

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

  • Education: High school diploma (minimum); additional certification in logistics or administration is a plus.
