ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER - URGENTLY HIRING

The Assistant Operations Manager ensures the franchise is consistently operating in compliance with the franchise agreement, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system standards, and applicable laws and regulations. . The assistant operations manager will work with multiple departments to provide outstanding customer service to all TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® customers.

• Ensures the franchise is consistently operating in compliance with the franchise agreement, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system standards, and applicable laws and regulations
• Assists in determining staffing requirements, interviewing, hiring and training new employees.
• Responsible for employee accountability and adherence to franchise and system standards and policies
• Responsible for training all new movers/drivers and setting clear expectations regarding mover/driver responsibilities
• Responsible for creating a professional and productive work environment within our frontline staff
• Assists in scheduling and dispatching of movers and drivers
• Work with the senior management on employee development and corrective action programs
• Ensures compliance with all DOT regulations and FMCSA guidelines
