Description
Responsibilities Assist with general office administration, manage training equipment room and venue and handle training-related inquiries Assist in the design and delivery of railway safety training for existing and future new railway lines. Compile training materials and assist in the development of new technology-based training tools like CBT, VR related courseware with guidance from supervisors Conduct training objective evaluation and on-site quality assurance during on-job training with to ensure local trainers and trainees (including contractors) are adequately equipped with necessary knowledge, skills and attitude and are competent to meet the required service and safety standards Provide technical support, training & coaching assistance to users on using training facilities Requirements Diploma / Certificate in a related discipline A minimum of 4 years’ experience in station or train operations Good presentation and communication skills Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Hands-on experience in computer software applications such as Chinese and English word processing, Excel and PowerPoint Remarks Candidates with lower qualification but extensive experience will also be considered Business travel to Chinese Mainland or overseas may be required Appointment will be made on 2-year contract terms, with the possibility of renewal subject to project needs and performance
