Key Responsibilities: This includes tasks like loading and unloading materials, feeding materials into machines, and assisting with machine setup according to specifications. * Quality Control: Monitoring machine output, inspecting products for defects, and ensuring they meet quality standards. * Material Handling: Moving materials and products around the work area, using equipment like forklifts or hand trucks. * Routine Maintenance: Helping with basic machine maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs. * Troubleshooting: Assisting the machine operator in identifying and resolving issues with the machinery. * Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe work environment. * Documentation: Recording production data, machine malfunctions, and maintenance activities. * Teamwork and Communication: Collaborating with other team members, communicating effectively with supervisors, and participating in training and continuous improvement initiatives. Skills and Qualifications: * Mechanical aptitude: Understanding basic mechanical concepts and the ability to troubleshoot basic machinery issues. * Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks. * Physical stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift materials. * Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. * Teamwork and communication skills: Ability to work effectively with others and communicate clearly. * Safety awareness: Understanding and adhering to safety protocols. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Bending, reaching, stretching, kneeling, and stooping. * Lifting, Pulling, Pushing and Carrying up to 40lbs. * Standing for up to 8 hours at a time.
