Please apply below and turn your natural talent for organization into meaningful, transformational work.

Is This Your Dream Job?
As an Assistant Organizer, you will play a key role in delivering extraordinary results for our clients during Home Organization Projects. You will support hands-on decluttering, organizing, and styling work that brings clarity, peace, and joy into our clients’ lives.
This role starts with a Paid Practice Project to ensure a mutual fit.
Title: Assistant Organizer
Compensation: $20 per hour
Type: Part-time, project-based shifts
Location: In-person, Calgary & surrounding areas
Our Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is Organization Obsessed, with an innate sense for creating aesthetically beautiful, organized spaces!
✓ Highly Organized: You love creating and maintaining systems that keep everything in a home running smoothly.
✓ Design-Minded: You have a natural eye for creating visually pleasing spaces, balancing form and function to make homes both beautiful and practical.
✓ Flexible & Proactive: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can pivot as needed.
✓ Tech-Savvy: We use highly intuitive tech tools for scheduling, communication and project planning.
✓ Client-Focused: You genuinely enjoy making others’ lives easier and delivering exceptional service.
✓ Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
✓ Autonomous & Resourceful: You take initiative, solve problems, and love figuring things out (Google, ChatGPT, and YouTube tutorials are your go-to tools!)
✓ Physically Capable: Home organization projects can be demanding, requiring lifting, moving, and long hours on your feet. (We often log 15,000+ steps in a day, carrying heavy boxes up and down multiple flights of stairs!)
✓ Spatially Savvy: You can walk into a space and immediately see what’s not working—and how to make it flow better.
✓ Creative Problem-Solver: You love the challenge of making the most of every inch, especially in awkward or tight spaces.
✓ Systems Thinker: You don’t just tidy—you brainstorm solutions that are sustainable, intuitive, and personalized to how each client lives.
You Were Made for This Work If…
✓ You naturally create systems—whether it’s your pantry, your closet, or your inbox, you instinctively organize things to make life flow better.
✓ You love to label things—from bins and shelves to digital folders, you love knowing exactly where everything belongs.
✓ You live by checklists—crossing things off is your happy place, and you probably keep multiple lists on the go at once.
✓ You tidy as you go—you can’t help straightening things, clearing clutter, or resetting a room before leaving it.
✓ You plan ahead without even thinking about it—your day, your week, and your projects are mapped out for maximum ease.
✓ You feel most at peace in a clean, organized space—and you love helping others experience that same sense of calm.
✓ You see inefficiencies immediately—and your brain lights up with better ways to use space or streamline routines.
✓ You genuinely enjoy decluttering—sorting, editing, and creating order energizes you.
✓ You track and store things with purpose—from your receipts to your spice jars, everything has a place.
✓ You have been “the organized one” your whole life—and you have probably organized your friends’ closets or kitchens just for fun
Your Responsibilities
As an Assistant Organizer, you will be involved in a wide variety of tasks, supporting our onsite projects to ensure that they run smoothly and our clients receive outstanding service. This means staying positive, collaborative, communicative, and solutions-focused every step of the way.
