In this role, you will support the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence. Your fluency in Arabic will be essential in serving our diverse customer base and communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders across the outlet. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences while maintaining efficient store operations. Assist in managing daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and financial reconciliation Supervise and support store staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high service standards Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and maintain accurate inventory records Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment in compliance with company policies and local regulations Communicate effectively with customers and team members in Arabic and English to facilitate smooth operations Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to achieve outlet targets Assist in scheduling staff, managing time off requests, and ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours Support the Outlet Manager in implementing promotional activities and marketing initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local labor laws Qualifications **Required Qualifications:** Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) and English 2-3 years of experience in retail management, hospitality, or similar customer-facing operational role Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills Proficiency in cash handling and basic financial management Excellent organizational and time management skills Problem-solving ability and decision-making capability High school diploma or equivalent **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software Sales experience and track record of achieving sales targets Certification in retail management or hospitality operations Experience in a multicultural work environment Knowledge of inventory management systems Additional Information Directly opposite to The Dubai Mall, the iconic Burj Khalifa, 10 minutes walk to the Dubai Metro Station and within a few minutes’ drive to DIFC, World Trade Centre and just 15 minutes’ drive from Dubai International Airport, Swissotel Al Murooj is located in downtown Dubai, one of the city’s favoured destinations for business or leisure.
