Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Outlet Manager (F&B) to join our team in Sepang, Malaysia. As a key member of our food and beverage management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high-quality customer service, and supporting the overall success of our outlet. Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations of the F&B outlet. Lead and motivate a team of food service staff, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction. Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently. Assist in menu planning, pricing strategies, and implementing promotional activities. Monitor and analyze sales data, preparing reports for upper management. Support staff training and development initiatives. Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in F&B management or a supervisory role. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in inventory management and cost control. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is a plus. Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Familiarity with Malaysian cuisine and local food service trends. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
