WE ARE HIRING | RESTAURANT MANAGER – NEW OPENING

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join an exciting new Mediterranean restaurant & beach club concept opening in Ras Al Khaimah.

We are looking for someone with a strong hospitality background, great leadership skills, and a passion for creating an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
• Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest experience
• Handle guest feedback and ensure any issues are resolved professionally
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and other departments
• Support recruitment, training, and development of the team
• Monitor costs, staffing levels, and overall operational performance
• Ensure company standards, policies, and health & safety procedures are followed
• Support the pre-opening and successful launch of the venue

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong background in high-end, lifestyle, or standalone restaurants
• Experience in Mediterranean concepts and/or beach clubs is a plus
• Pre-opening experience is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Hands-on, energetic, and guest-focused approach
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• UAE or Middle East experience is preferred
