Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Outlet Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an integral part of our food and beverage operations, you will support the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily activities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving team performance.
- Assist in managing day-to-day outlet operations, maintaining high service standards and optimal guest satisfaction
- Greet and interact with guests, addressing their needs and resolving any concerns promptly and professionally
- Supervise and motivate the outlet team, assigning duties and providing ongoing training and support
- Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency
- Support inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste and control costs
- Contribute to achieving financial targets by monitoring expenses, promoting upselling, and implementing revenue-generating initiatives
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the outlet
- Coordinate with other departments to organize special events and promotions
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, staff issues, and guest feedback to the Outlet Manager
- Identify and resolve operational challenges, continuously seeking ways to enhance guest service and outlet performance
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, service techniques, and industry best practices
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Familiarity with local food safety regulations and health standards
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
