Job Description Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to grow outside catering revenue Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up with potential clients Coordinate with culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities Conduct site visits and attend networking events to promote catering services Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities Ensure all events meet brand standards and client expectations Support events team in administrative tasks and reporting Qualifications 3 years experience in catering sales, event planning, or hospitality sales preferred Strong communication and vibrant interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management systems Knowledge of food & beverage operations is a plus Additional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
