Description
JD :  * Operate bottle, sachet, powder filling, and blister packaging machines in accordance with approved procedures. * Set up and adjust machines as per Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and production requirements. * Monitor machine parameters and ensure smooth packaging operations. * Perform in-process quality checks and record results in relevant documents. * Ensure line clearance and cleaning before and after each batch. * Maintain equipment logbooks, batch records, and GMP documentation accurately. * Identify machine malfunctions and report deviations or quality issues to supervisors. * Follow cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and safety procedures at all times. * Support shift production targets while maintaining product quality and compliance. Skills: * Basic knowledge of tablet, capsule, bottle, sachet, powder filling, and blister packaging machines (OSD). * Understanding of cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices). * Ability to monitor process parameters and ensure product quality. * Basic machine troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Good teamwork, discipline, and ability to work in shift operations.
