Description

Job Description (JD): * Operate packing machines (blister/bottle/strip) as per SOPs * Perform line clearance and batch changeover activities * Ensure correct packing, labeling, and coding as per BMR/BPR * Maintain cGMP, safety, and hygiene standards in the area * Record daily packing and production data accurately * Coordinate with QA for in-process checks and approvals * Identify and report deviations, breakdowns, or abnormalities * Ensure proper handling and storage of packing materials Skills: * Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical packing operations * Understanding of cGMP and SOP compliance * Attention to detail and accuracy in labeling/coding * Ability to handle machines and perform basic troubleshooting * Good documentation and record-keeping skills * Team coordination and communication skills * Awareness of safety and hygiene practices * Ability to work in shifts and under pressure

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain pharmaceutical packing machinery while ensuring compliance with cGMP, safety, and hygiene standards. Coordinate with quality assurance for in-process checks and maintain accurate production documentation.
