What you will do… Acts as assistant to the Park Manager overseeing all park operations in their absence at Cowan Lake State Park Assists with implementation, prioritizing expenditures and tracking of the fiscal operating budget Supervise and provide training opportunities to personnel both permanent and seasonal/intermittent positions Assist in ODNR’s mission to provide exceptional outdoor recreation and boating opportunities by balancing customer service, education, protection and conservation of Ohio's state parks and waterways Works with local communities, schools, and other organizations to develop partnerships and promote park programs, events, and activities Starting hourly pay of $26.92/hr. with multiple pay increases over your first 4 years of service, with an end salary of $33.35/hr. There may also be cost of living adjustments (COLA) applied. Longevity pay supplements begin after five (5) years of state service.
