ASSISTANT PARTS MANAGER

Location: Cardiff
Salary: £39,376 per annum
OTE: Up to £44,500 including bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Parts Manager to support the day-to-day running of the parts department in a busy and reputable workshop in Cardiff. You’ll work closely with the Parts Manager to ensure smooth operations, stock control, and excellent customer service.

• Assist with managing parts stock, orders, and deliveries
• Support and supervise parts staff to ensure efficient workflow
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure accurate parts invoicing and documentation
• Help maintain high standards of customer service and parts availability
• Support the Parts Manager with reporting and stock audits
