We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join our culinary team at The Freemasons at Wiswell. Located in the heart of Ribble Valley, this role is crucial in crafting delightful pastries that enhance our guests’ dining experience and reflect our commitment to excellence.

• Create and prepare a variety of pastries and desserts that meet our high standards.
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal menus.
• Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry decoration.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
