RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods. * Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency and quality. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and workstations. * Help manage inventory and order pastry supplies as needed. * Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dessert items and seasonal menus. * Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. * Support the Head Pastry Chef in daily operations and special events.
