Wilmington Country Club, a private country club located in Wilmington, is the oldest and most prestigious country club in Delaware. Its primary emphasis is on meeting the desires of its members, their families and their personal guests.
Currently, we are seeking an Assistant Pastry Chef to work in our Pastry Shop.
The hours will be based upon our seasonal needs.

EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years of Pastry experience necessary either from work and/or school
• Bakery experience preferred but not necessary

EDUCATION:

High School diploma
Culinary degree preferred

• Support Pastry Chef
• Responsible for pastries and bakery goods used in the member dining areas as well as banquets and private parties.
• The Pastry Shop produces cakes and desserts of all varieties. Some quick production items prepared would include macaroons, cookies, and brownies.
