Our partner, a reputable group of companies in the Energy Sector, is currently on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to take on the role of the Payroll Administrative Assistant /SCAN HRMS Specialist. The role is vested in the HR department and reports to the Senior Payroll Administrator. This is an ideal role for anyone who is working as a junior personnel /payroll administrator and wishes to take the next step in getting more involved into the pesonnel administrative process that lead to payrol Mission: You will be a member of the HRBP team and collaborate with the internal payroll team and department heads. The primary focus of this role is to efficiently manage employee scheduling, time and attendance using the company’s HRMS system, while also generating reports and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Gradually the role will feed to a more senior personnel administrator that can lead to the first level of team leadership The Opportunity You will be responsible for: Collecting, analyzing, reviewing, and processing time shifts and attendance in regards to time management of the employees (e.g., daily time schedules, new hires, digital card, leaves, overtime, etc.). Utilizing the HRMS system to accurately track and manage employee time and attendance records. Monitor and resolve discrepancies or issues related to timekeeping. Generating reports and other deliverables according to company needs, to provide insight. Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements, public authorities, and company employment contracts. Managing the data integration of the HRMS information system to other platforms according to the company’s procedures. Assisting in process improvements and optimization of HRMS functionalities to enhance efficiency.
