We are currently looking for
an Assistant People Business Partner to join our People Function
within the Corporate group.
This is a full-time opportunity, on a permanent basis. The role will be based in 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf London, E14 4PU. Please be aware that this role can only be worked in the UK and not overseas.
Government departments and agencies are working towards implementing a minimum 60% attendance in office sites.
We are currently implementing a flexible, hybrid way of working, with a minimum of 8 days per month working on site to enable the collaboration and contact with partners and stakeholders needed to deliver MHRA business. Attendance on site is driven by business needs so depending on the nature of the role, this can flex up to 12 days a month, with the remainder of time worked either remotely or in the office. Some roles will need to be on site more regularly.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our successful candidate will have:
Experience working with managers at all levels
Leading employee relations cases from start to finish.
You will be adept at building relationships quickly and seeing the bigger picture.
You will also be a graduate or chartered member of the CIPD or currently undertaking a qualification.

The Assistant People Business Partner will work with the People Business Partner to deliver a business focused People service that meets the needs of the client area(s) and wider organisation. Working in partnership with People team members to ensure pay and employee relations issues are managed to a high quality, ensuring adherence to legislation, policies and terms and conditions. Contributing to strategic People projects and deputising for People Business Partners as required.
