The Assistant People Operations Partner will support the day- to- day people operations, employee experience and administration, while helping to drive engagement and organizational growth. Will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: talent acquisition; employee relations; performance, and compensation management; and talent management. Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions on policies, benefits, and HR processes. Support key stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal changes. Maintain accurate HRIS records and ensure compliance with policies and labor laws. Assist with payroll, benefits, compensation, and other HR systems as needed. Contribute to performance management, benefits enrollment, and other annual HR programs. Partner with managers to support employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives. Ensure confidentiality and compliance while supporting HR projects and process improvements. Requirements Total Rewards Package: 5+ years of recruitment or related HR experience with strong communication and relationship-building skills. College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge of HR databases, recruiting strategies, and labor laws; proficiency in Microsoft Office, with HireEZ and iHire experience a plus. Appropriate state insurance licenses and ongoing continuing education required. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with colleagues, leadership, and external partners. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000, based on experience, education, and work location.
