Description
Responsibilities: Campaign Execution & Support Assist in setting up, launching, and monitoring performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid channels. Support campaign optimization through bid adjustments, audience targeting, and creative testing. Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and placements with guidance from senior team members Ensure accurate campaign tracking with UTMs, pixels, and conversion events. Collaboration Work closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure ad creatives and messaging align with brand direction. Coordinate with external agencies/partners on campaign execution when needed. Provide support to the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager / Performance Marketing Manager on projects and initiatives. Analytics & Reporting Assist in compiling performance reports (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.) and highlight key insights. Maintain campaign dashboards and ensure data accuracy. Share weekly updates on campaign performance, learnings, and areas of improvement. Learning & Growth Stay updated on the latest ad platform features, tools, and industry trends. Proactively develop technical skills and expand knowledge of performance marketing best practices. Requirement & Qualifications: Experience 3-5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience (luxury, e-commerce, or high-value product categories preferred). Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns profitably across Meta & Google. Previous experience of mentoring juniors is a plus. Skills Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4) is a must. Proficient in tracking, attribution, and performance reporting (UTMs, pixels, conversion APIs). Analytical mindset with basic ability to interpret campaign metrics and suggest optimizations. Up-to-date knowledge of ad tech, trends, and platform updates. Creative testing mindset: ability to identify winning creatives and scale them. Strong project management with a balance of strategic thinking and execution. Mindset & Traits Fast learner with strong curiosity to grow into a performance marketing expert. Results-oriented and comfortable working with numbers. Hands-on and proactive; willing to get involved in campaign execution. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
