Responsibilities Provide administrative support and coordination related to annual HR exercises such as pay review, budget and performance appraisal Support market surveys/industry analysis and collect up-to-date market information to keep abreast of market trend Support the formulation and review of reward related policies such as incentive and benefit schemes Compile reports and statistics for management review Provide comprehensive HR operational support to executive staff including administrative duties on staff movement and handling staff inquiries Maintain a systematic filing system and properly handle confidential information & materials Assist in ad hoc projects as and when required Requirements Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline Preferably 2 years’ relevant work experience Basic knowledge of HR-related policies and procedures and with good understanding of employment-related ordinances and regulations Meticulous team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently Attention to details with strong sense of responsibility Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficiency in MS tools with hands-on experience in Peoplesoft Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
