Responsibilities Provide comprehensive HR operational support to executive staff including administrative duties on staff movement and handling staff inquiries Support the daily operations of various corporate employee benefit programs and annual HR exercises like pay review, budgeting and performance appraisals Compile statistical reports, data analysis, and market/industry research to support management decision-making Maintain a systematic filing system and properly handle confidential information & materials Assist in ad hoc projects as and when required Requirements Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline Preferably 2 years’ relevant work experience Basic knowledge of HR-related policies and procedures and with good understanding of employment-related ordinances and regulations Meticulous team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently Detail-oriented and be sensible in handling confidential information Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficiency in MS tools with hands-on experience in Peoplesoft Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
