Position Overview: As an Assistant Personal Training Manager, you will play a key role in driving personal training sales, team performance, and client retention. You’ll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Personal Trainers, ensuring outstanding customer service, and helping members achieve their fitness goals while maximizing revenue opportunities. Compensation & Benefits: Total Compensation: $70,000–$100,000+ (Base + Commission + Bonus) Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO Growth & Leadership Development: Ongoing training & mentorship Free Crunch Fitness Membership + Discounted Personal Training Sessions Performance-Based Bonuses & Aggressive Earning Potential Key Responsibilities: Drive personal training sales through consultations, promotions, and client retention strategies Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Personal Trainers Set and achieve monthly sales and performance goals Deliver exceptional customer service to members and clients Implement company-wide fitness and sales initiatives Maintain high energy, professionalism, and a competitive mindset Oversee daily operations related to personal training and ensure compliance with company policies Qualifications: CPR Certification (required) Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.) Sales and leadership experience in a fitness or performance-driven environment Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to adapt, lead a team, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven setting Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
