JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and swimming, with the ability to inspire and motivate athletes of all skill levels. As an Assistant Coach, you will work closely with the head coach to develop training programs, provide guidance during practices, and foster a positive team environment. Candidates must have at least a Level 1 coaching certification.
