JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and swimming, with the ability to inspire and motivate athletes of all skill levels. As an Assistant Coach, you will work closely with the head coach to develop training programs, provide guidance during practices, and foster a positive team environment. Candidates must have at least a Level 1 coaching certification.

• Assist the head coach in planning and executing training sessions tailored to the needs of the team.
• Provide instruction on swimming techniques, strategies, and rules of the sport.
• Monitor athletes’ performance during practices and competitions, offering constructive feedback for improvement.
• Help maintain a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
• Collaborate with other coaching staff to organize team events and competitions.
• Communicate effectively with athletes and their families regarding schedules, expectations, and progress.
• Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal development among team members.
