We are recruiting for an Assistant Planner (Projects) who is responsible for working with the business on scenarios/new business/products when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective production planning strategies to ensure on-time delivery of products.
Support Project Planner with mid-term planning for the business.
Analyse demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory levels to optimise production efficiency.
Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics to balance supply and demand requirements.
Work with NPD/Commercial and Operations.
Part of this role will take responsibility for Order Planning for Germany so will work with the Stock Controller for Ehrmann UK.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and capacity plannig.
Analytical skills with experience in data analysis and forecasting.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
