The Opportunity In this role you will: Assist in building and updating project schedules, tracking milestones and timelines under guidance from senior planners. Support in maintaining schedule data in line with the project execution plan. Help prepare schedule updates and reports for review by the project team and client. Learn to apply Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodology to ensure clarity of responsibilities. Support in integrating inputs from different stakeholders into the master schedule. Monitor schedule progress and highlight any risks or delays to the team. Gain exposure to reviewing external schedules and learning scheduling best practices. We would love to hear from you if you: Have at least 2 years of experience in project planning or scheduling, ideally in construction or engineering projects. Have experience using Primavera P6. Have a degree or diploma in project management, engineering, construction, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Are detail-oriented, organised, and motivated to grow your career in project planning. Have good communication skills in English and Chinese. Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines.
