We are seeking a Recruitment Manager based in Aylesbury to play a crucial role in our growing team. This position is vital for ensuring we attract and retain top talent, aligning with our commitment to exceptional service and a friendly work environment.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
• Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
• Build strong relationships with potential candidates and maintain a talent pipeline
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques
• Monitor recruitment metrics and report on progress towards hiring goals.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in recruitment or human resources management
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
• Basic math skills for budgeting and reporting purposes
