American Roller is experiencing rapid growth, and we’re expanding to meet increasing demand. Due to our success, our current Plant Manager is moving into a higher role within the company. Which is creating an exciting opportunity for a strong Assistant Plant Manager to step in and lead our manufacturing operations in Walkerton, IN.
This is more than just a management role. It’s a growth-driven leadership position where you’ll oversee production, learn the ins and outs of plant management, and prepare to take on greater responsibilities as our company continues to expand. As you develop into a Plant Manager, your compensation will increase to match your growing leadership role.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

✔ 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience (production, planning, quality, etc.).
✔ Proven people management skills – leading, coaching, and inspiring teams.
✔ Strong Lean Manufacturing expertise – a track record of driving efficiency.
✔ Change leadership mindset – comfortable leading teams through transition.
✔ Industry knowledge – familiarity with urethane, rubber, and/or steel is a plus.
✔ Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
