We are seeking an experienced Assistant Plant Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations at a busy seafood processing facility. This is a hands-on leadership role, working closely with senior management to ensure smooth workflows, high-quality production, and team success.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in the seafood processing industry (mandatory)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of plant operations, production scheduling, and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Additional language skills (Chinese, Japanese, or Vietnamese) are an asset
• Schedule: Monday to Friday + occasional overtime

  Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
