As the Assistant Plant Manager, you’ll take ownership of maintaining high standards of customer service, team performance, plant quality, and display upkeep. You’ll help your manager maintain the plant area, with responsibilities including plant care, stock management, advising customers, and supporting the wider team. You will also step up to handle the manager’s duties in their absence, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
