JOB SUMMARY:

The Assistant Plant Manager supports the Las Vegas production facility in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with beverage manufacturing standards. This role partners with the Plant Manager to supervise teams, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement across production, quality, and maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in food/beverage or manufacturing operations leadership.
• Knowledge of production processes, safety, and quality compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

• Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring schedules and production goals are met.
• Support compliance with GMP, HACCP, SQF, and all food/beverage safety regulations.
• Supervise and develop frontline supervisors and production staff.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Act as acting Plant Manager when needed.
