JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and responsible After-School Club Assistant/Supervisor to join our team at a Primary School in Ware. The role involves providing high-quality care and engaging activities for children in a safe and stimulating environment. The successful candidate will work closely with children, staff, and parents to ensure the club runs smoothly and that each child’s needs are met.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Experience working with children (ideally within an after-school or childcare setting).
• A genuine passion for working with children and a strong commitment to their welfare and development.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and health & safety practices.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
