Hours: 30-40 hours per week Responsibility level: Must demonstrate confidentiality and organization in the management of office staff, office procedures, and accounts. Must be able to work independently with direction and supervision of the owner, along with the management team. Open availability and willing to help when need be. Principle Duties: Oversees staff training, staff scheduling, customer service, and administrative tasks such as: - Oversee staffing schedule with assistance of the owner and manager - Manage the pool deck and lessons - Teach lessons - Overseeing family accounts/class schedules - Motivates office and pool staff - Facilitates communication and relationships between office and pool staff - Promotes teacher communication with clients regarding student enrollment - Ensure office/Pool staff compliance with Streamline Brands Standards - Assists finding swim teacher subs when necessary - Sub for swim teachers in emergency subbing situations - Available to come to the facility in an emergency situation - Contribute to the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility - Assistance with purchase orders Desired Qualifications: 2+ to 5 years of experience Age Groups: Infant , Toddler , Preschool , Grade School High school degree First Aid Training, CPR Training Additional Information: Compensation: $18-$25 per hour Industry: Child Care Availability: Full-time
