With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together. What You'll Do * Independently support multiple medium-complexity projects. * Deliver end-to-end project coordination, including setup, execution, change management, and close-out. * Manage project financials and ensure accurate reporting. * Handle Oracle ERP activities: project and contract setup, workplans, requisitions, purchase orders, time booking, reforecasting, assisting with invoicing and project close-out. * Prepare monthly financial status reports for Project Managers. * Ensure compliance with Arcadis Way and maintain audit-ready documentation. * Proactively track risks, actions, and delivery constraints; escalate issues early. * Contribute to process improvements, automation, and digital adoption. * Support onboarding and provide day-to-day guidance to junior Project Assistants as required. * Upload documents into CLS and participate in Project Controller mentoring/training calls. What We're Looking For * 5–10 years’ experience in project coordination, project accounting, or project support. * Solid understanding of contracts and contract types. * Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (project & contract modules), including project setup, financial reforecasting, invoicing, cost transfers, write-downs, and close-out. * Understanding of key financial KPIs and revenue recognition calculations, especially POC in Oracle. * Experience with CPFF projects is highly desirable. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in desktop applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and proactively, with attention to detail. * Experience in a shared services or offshore delivery model is a plus. * PMP / PRINCE2 / APM certification is an advantage. * Associate degree in accounting recommended.
