i) Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running of the practice in conjunction with the Lead GP and practice team ii) Manage practice complaints, comments and suggestions, responding in line with organisational timeframes, escalating as necessary and ensuring lessons learnt are disseminated iii) Oversee performance to ensure that Practice delivers against QoF, KPI, and Enhanced Services targets iv) Infection control lead for the practice 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 i) Ensure that Tower Hamlets Practices meets Network set targets ii) Attendance at all Network meeting iii) Ensure that data is supplied as required 5,6,8,9 i) Line management of the non-clinical team ii) Set objectives and PDPs for the non-clinical team, leading the appraisal process iii) Analyse staffing requirements and identify training needs iv) Ensure all staff attend all Statutory and Mandatory training courses and HR records are kept up to date v) Manage sickness and absence and ensure return to work interviews are carried out 3,7 In the course of your employment, you will have access to confidential information relating to Hurley Group business.
