Within a multi-disciplinary team, you will form positive, respectful relationships with service users, families and Carers
Applying evidence-based practices to assess needs, implement care plans, monitor progress, and escalate concerns. You will also promote health and wellbeing, safeguarding individuals, and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all.
You will contribute to service development and improvement through audits, digital innovation, and research initiatives. You will also support colleagues and students, being a role model and advocate for learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities

Work as a member of team assisting in the digital delivery of services supporting registered clinicians in assessing and treating patients and supporting their carers/families.
Undertake highly skilled and specialised support work from referrals screened by a registered clinician. This may include gathering information for assessments, implementing treatment programmes, as well as enabling patients to access digital services
Use technical and creative skills in the provision of clinical activities for individual patients and will be responsible for evaluating and amending treatment programmes and interventions with guidance from the registered clinician.
Take responsibility for their own work within a broad framework laid out by a registered clinician. The post holder will be responsible for delivering the defined treatment interventions without direct supervision but will have immediate access to a registered clinician for advice and direction as required.
