KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Animate and promote the Catholic faith within the College community through the ongoing formation of staff and students.
  • Nurture and promote the Salesian charism of education as outlined in the writings of St John Bosco.
  • Lead and oversee human resource functions including professional learning, staff performance, feedback, and wellbeing.
  • Align staff culture and practices with the College’s vision, mission, and values.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of staff formation and professional learning programs.
  • Collaborate with the Principal in the pastoral care of staff, students, and families.
  • Actively contribute as a member of the College Leadership Team.
