Aldar Education are currently seeking a Head of Inclusion - (AY 2026/2027) for Al Shohub Private School to support our growing family of owned and operated schools in the UAE. Al Shohub Private School is a British curriculum, part of Aldar Schools, offering mixed gender primary school located in a purpose-built educational facility, at Khalifa City A, Abu Dhabi. Al Shohub Private School was founded in 1999 by Her Highness Sheikha Shaikha Bint Saif Al Nahyan to provide exceptional education in Abu Dhabi. The large majority of our students are Emiratis. Responsibilities

The Head of Inclusion will lead the special education and inclusion team to implement strategic initiatives and ensure high-quality intervention programs. They are responsible for maintaining accurate SEN registers, developing effective IEPs, and utilizing data to monitor student progress and attainment.
