POSITION INFORMATION

Loftus Public School is located in the southern suburbs of Sydney, with a current enrolment of 358 mainstream students and 21 pre-school children accessing the Early Intervention Unit. We have 21 Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander students. We are committed to educating for excellence through developing a culture of high expectations and the provision of a respectful, inclusive and engaging learning environment. All students access rich and diverse educational programs within a varied and balanced curriculum. Our dedicated, highly skilled staff are committed to an ethos of life-long learning where collaborative and collegial practices contribute to a positive school learning environment with quality teaching and extra-curricular programs. We aim for continual improvement in our evidence informed practices to ensure student growth, resilience and attainment.
