ABOUT THE ROLE
As Assistant Principal, you will play a central role in the strategic leadership of the Academy, working closely with the Principal and Deputy Principal and assuming leadership responsibilities in their absence. Through your specialist area of responsibility Raising Standards and Attainment, you will drive whole-school improvement and lead initiatives that raise achievement and enhance student experience. You will play a key role in curriculum development, teaching standards, staff development, and inclusion, ensuring that our values and ethos are reflected in every adult-student interaction and that Every Child Matters outcomes are met. As a champion of innovation, you will contribute to the ongoing transformation of our learning community, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and high aspiration.
