About Your Program You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates. Supplier Management: Develop and maintain a portfolio of high-quality suppliers, establish a supplier evaluation system, implement tiered management and performance assessments, and ensure supply chain stability and resource competitiveness. Procurement Execution: Lead the full procurement process including quotation comparison, contract negotiation, and order tracking; handle exceptional orders and after-sales issues; and ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with quality standards. Cost Control: Analyze market price trends, develop procurement strategies, and reduce procurement costs through centralized purchasing, framework agreements, and other methods to achieve annual cost-saving targets. Process Optimization: Streamline procurement business processes, establish standardized operating procedures, promote the implementation of an e-procurement system, and improve procurement efficiency and compliance. Business Support: Align with operational department requirements, provide professional procurement solutions, coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, and support the achievement of business objectives.
