Description

1004 Gourmet is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Procurement Data Analyst to support our procurement team in managing data-driven decision-making, supplier analytics, inventory forecasting, and cost optimization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in data analysis, procurement processes, and Excel/ERP tools, eager to grow within a dynamic F&B environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in procurement, data analysis, or supply chain operations (F&B or FMCG background preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze procurement and inventory data to support purchasing decisions and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Assist in tracking purchase orders, supplier performance, delivery schedules, and pricing trends.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards on procurement KPIs such as order accuracy, lead time, stock turnover, and cost variances.
  • Monitor stock levels and work closely with the procurement team to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Help identify procurement inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline operations.
  • Maintain accurate databases of suppliers, product codes, pricing, and purchase records.
  • Support forecasting activities by analyzing historical sales, consumption rates, and seasonal trends.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (warehouse, accounting, retail) to ensure alignment of procurement and operational goals.
  • Assist in the preparation of cost comparisons, quotations, and vendor evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and documentation standards for all procurement records.
