SUMMARY

We are seeking an Assistant Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team at Mikado Foods (UK) Ltd. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing our procurement processes to ensure the timely acquisition of high-quality products that meet our operational needs. Your expertise will directly contribute to our growth and success in the competitive food industry.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management within the food industry. MCIPS or studying towards MCIPS is preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess supplier performance and market trends.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, and specifically Excel and Outlook
