Develops Brand Plans Extracts and analyzes data trends in the market, and uses market intelligence data to develop brand and division plans Formulates brand strategies, sets brand targets, and develops the brand message, promotion plan, program, and calendar Supports in crafting the Brand DNA or positioning by looking into the needs of the target market, evaluating product benefits, and conducting competitive reviews Assists in the development of new products by aligning with internal enablers from sourcing to actual product launch 2. Executes and Monitors Brand Programs Executes programs identified in the marketing plan by conceptualizing the program mechanics, identifying the program targets and deliverables, formulating contingency plan based on risk assessment, aligning with key stakeholders, tracking progress of the program, and providing post program reports Presents program to Field Operations and enablers 3. Manages Brand Sales and Budget Maintains brand profitability, and assists in effectively managing brand budgets to deliver objectives Checks sell-in and sell-out sales and market performance Analyzes annual and long-term forecast for brand 4. Strengthens Customer Relationships Maintains engagement with MDs for brand awareness and retention Gathers insights from Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) on brand, customer needs, market, future programs or products REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Attained bachelor’s degree in any business or marketing-related course With 3 to 6 years of experience in product management or marketing experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals Has good verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills; able to be flexible and adaptable to any working environment   We are committed to providing our employees with the best possible experience.
