Assistant Product ManagerLocation: Ho Chi Minh City, VietnamWorkplace Type: Onsite Key Responsibilities Collect and synthesize market data and industry trends to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions. Conduct thorough competitor analysis and generate detailed reports to provide insights into market positioning and competitive advantages. Consolidate customer feedback from various channels, including surveys, reviews, and social media, to identify areas for product improvement and innovation. Support SWOT analysis for the current product portfolio to assess strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Prepare comprehensive data analysis reports for the Product Manager, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Monitor the progress of product development projects according to established plans and timelines. Update project status in the management system and provide periodic reports to stakeholders. Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare materials for kickoff and project review meetings. Take detailed meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and progress. Support project document management and ensure compliance with established processes and procedures. Coordinate the exchange of information and documents among relevant stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration. Monitor and urge the progress of tasks from other departments to ensure timely completion of project milestones. Support the resolution of issues arising during collaboration, escalating as necessary to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare consolidated reports from various departments for the Product Manager, providing a comprehensive overview of project status and performance. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings, ensuring accuracy and clarity of information. Manage the system for storing product documents and data, maintaining organization and accessibility. Support other related departmental tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to team goals. Required Skills & Qualifications University degree in Marketing, Business Data Analytics, or a related field with a focus on data analysis in the e-commerce sector. 3-5 years of proven experience in market research, data analysis, and product development. Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively and a solid understanding of the product development process. Extensive experience in data synthesis and analysis, including market data, internal data, customer feedback, and P&L (Profit & Loss) analysis. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both internal and cross-functional teams. Positive, proactive, and flexible mindset, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Business proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
